- Go to www.asha.org
- Click “Login” from the top right-hand corner of the website
- Click “Create a new account”

All candidate information must be submitted by 3:00 pm ET, Friday, April 5, 2024; anything not received by that date will not be eligible for consideration.
If you previously started a bio form but did not complete/submit it, it can be found under your "In Progress" submissions.
